At Ninzza IOT, we’ve simplified our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, and we provide a reverse pick-up service to make it even more convenient.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Items that are worn or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by reaching out to us via WhatsApp (+91-88-2626-2727) or Instagram (@ninzzaiot). We’ll respond within 24-48 hours.

  2. Reverse Pick-Up: A ₹199 reverse shipping fee applies per order. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to return the shipment to the provided address. Availability of reverse pick-up depends on your area’s pin code.
  3. Condition of the Product: Ensure the product is in the same condition as received, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.
  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues with damage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours. To claim, we require a 360-degree unboxing video. Without it, replacements cannot be issued.
